Fantastic automatic capping machine!

I just got their automatic capping machine and it's a game changer! It runs smoothly and caps our bottles perfectly every time. Setup was pretty easy too, which was a relief. This machine has really sped up our bottling process. Definitely going to look at their other equipment soon!

Solid performance for the price

I purchased the semi-automatic labeling machine about a month ago. Ordering was straightforward on their site, no issues there. Shipping took around 12 days to reach us here in Texas, which was within the timeframe they gave. The machine itself works well, applying labels cleanly. I had a small question about calibrating it, and their online support got back to me the next day with clear instructions. It's been a good addition to our line.

Reliable for bulk orders

I ordered another batch of silicone tubing and nozzle kits, just like last time. Everything came as expected, good quality parts. It's consistent, which is key for our production. Always my go-to for these components.

Good value, some minor shipping quirks

We recently bought a peristaltic pump filling machine for our essential oils. The price was competitive, and the machine itself does a decent job for our needs, quite accurate. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the warranty before purchasing. My only minor gripe was that the tracking information for the shipment wasn't updated very frequently, so it was a bit nerve-wracking waiting for it to arrive. But it did get here intact, so no major complaints. Overall, a solid choice for the cost.
